This small city (population ~20,000)  is the southernmost city in the Napa Valley, and as such is the beginning of the Napa Valley. The Napa River lies to the city's west, to the east you'll find the foothills of the Sulphur Springs Mountains, Solano County lies to the south, and the famous vineyards to the north. It's a great starting point for your adventure.
